Every jumping jack lifts the bird, and faster jacks lift it higher. Stop, and it sinks toward the dog that has been chasing it all along.

Your body is the controller. Real jumping jacks, squats and push-ups are the only way to play, so every point on the scoreboard is a rep you actually did. Come for the high score, leave with a workout.

Most fitness apps count your reps. Most games keep you on the couch. GOGO MOVE makes the rep itself the gameplay, so the fun and the exercise are the same thing.

No buttons to tap while you play. The bird climbs because you jumped; the character leaps because you squatted. Stop moving and the game ends.

Arms over your head, feet apart, hips low enough. Half-reps do nothing in the game, and a short hint tells you what to fix.

Every round shows your score, your best and how many reps you did. Beating yesterday is easier to stick with than a workout plan.

Squat to charge, stand up to jump. The longer you hold the squat the farther you fly, so pick the right moment to land on the next platform.

Phone on the floor, face over the camera. The bird follows your eyes: lower yourself and push back up to thread it through the pipes.

Pose detection runs on the device. Nothing is recorded, saved or uploaded.
