Terms of Use

1. Accepting these terms

By downloading or using GOGO MOVE (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. What the App is

The App offers pixel-art games controlled by body movements (push-ups, jumping jacks, squats) that are recognised through your device's front camera. Recognition happens on your device. How the camera is used is described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's usage rules. You may not copy, resell, rent, reverse engineer or modify the App, remove its notices, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All artwork, code, names and other content in the App remain our property or that of our licensors.

4. Purchases and payment

4.1 What is sold

The App is free to download and includes free content. It offers a single in-app purchase, the lifetime unlock ("Unlock Everything"). It is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It is not a subscription: you are charged once, nothing renews automatically, and there is nothing to cancel.

4.2 What you get

The lifetime unlock gives you access to all games and paid features currently in the App, and to games we add to the App in future versions, for as long as the App remains available. It does not include separate apps we may publish.

4.3 Price, tax and billing

The price is shown in the App before you buy, in your local currency as set for your App Store country or region, and includes applicable taxes where the App Store requires it. Prices may change over time; a change never affects a purchase you have already made. Payment is charged to your Apple Account by Apple at the moment you confirm the purchase. We never receive or store your payment card details. The purchase is verified through RevenueCat, a purchase-management service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4.4 Restoring your purchase

The purchase is tied to your Apple Account. After reinstalling the App or on another device signed in to the same Apple Account, use Restore purchase in the App to get it back at no extra cost. Whether a purchase can be shared through Family Sharing depends on Apple's settings for the App.

4.5 Purchases awaiting approval

If your account uses Ask to Buy or a similar approval step, the unlock becomes active once the purchase is approved.

4.6 Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. We cannot issue refunds directly. To ask for one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. If a refund is granted, the unlock is removed from your account. Nothing in this section limits any refund or withdrawal right you have under the consumer law of your country.

4.7 If something goes wrong

If you were charged but the unlock did not appear, first try Restore purchase. If that does not help, write to isrealleven@163.com with your order ID from Apple's receipt email and we will help.

5. Health and safety

• The App is for entertainment and general fitness only. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice.
• Talk to a doctor before playing if you are pregnant, have a heart, breathing, joint or balance condition, are recovering from an injury, or have any other concern about exercising.
• Warm up, play within your limits, and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or discomfort.
• Clear the area around you. Keep furniture, pets and other people out of reach, play on a stable non-slip surface, and make sure your phone is placed where it cannot fall or be stepped on.
• Children should play under adult supervision.

You take part at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for injuries or property damage that result from using the App.

6. Leaderboard

Joining the leaderboard is optional. If you join, the display name and photo you choose are shown publicly to other players. Do not use names or photos that are offensive, sexual, hateful, that impersonate someone else, or that infringe anyone's rights, and do not submit scores obtained by cheating or by tampering with the App. We may remove names, photos, scores or leaderboard accounts that break these rules, and we may reset or discontinue leaderboards. You can delete your leaderboard account in the App at any time. How leaderboard data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes to the App

We may update the App, add or change games, or stop offering it. Movement recognition depends on lighting, camera angle, clothing and your device, so we cannot promise that every movement will be recognised or counted correctly. Scores and counts shown in the App are for fun and are not a precise measurement of your exercise.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some countries do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App's in-app purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer.

10. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Your use of the App must also comply with the App Store's terms of service. To the extent these terms do not cover a matter, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.

11. Ending these terms

You can stop at any time by deleting the App. Your licence ends automatically if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) stay in effect afterwards.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the App changes. The new version is posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it. Changes never reduce what you received for a purchase you already made.
