The short version. GOGO MOVE uses your front camera to see your movements. The camera image is analysed on your device. Each round is also recorded as a short gameplay video that stays in temporary storage on your device and is deleted when you start the next round or leave the game; it only leaves your device if you choose to share it. The App has no ads and no analytics, and nothing to sign up for. Data leaves your device in only two cases: to process and verify the optional in-app purchase, and for the leaderboard, where your scores are posted by default under a random name that you can change or delete at any time.
1. Who we are
GOGO MOVE (the "App") is made by an independent developer ("we", "us"). Contact: isrealleven@163.com
2. Camera
The games are controlled by your body, so the App needs the front camera. iOS asks for your permission the first time you open a game.
- Each camera frame is processed on your device by Apple's Vision framework to find body and face key points (for example shoulders, wrists, hips, ankles, eyes).
- Those key points are used only to run the game: counting reps, checking your posture, and moving the character.
- Key points exist only in memory while you play and are never stored or uploaded.
- Gameplay video. So that you can share a round afterwards, the App records each round as a video on your device: the game scene, your score, and the camera picture as it appears in the game (a small window in the standing games, the full background in Push-Up Bird), with a GOGO MOVE watermark. The video is kept only in the App's temporary storage, holds at most about the last minute of the round, and is deleted when the next round starts or when you leave the game. It is never uploaded by the App and we never receive it.
- Sharing is your choice. The video leaves your device only if you tap Share, edit it, and pick a destination in the iOS share sheet. From then on it is handled by the app or service you chose, under its own privacy policy. If you choose Save Video, iOS asks for permission to add it to your photo library.
- The App goes online only for purchases, the leaderboard, and a small settings file that switches features on or off. None of these ever carries camera pictures or video.
- The App does not identify who you are. It does not perform face recognition and does not create or store any biometric template.
You can revoke camera access at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera. The games cannot work without it, but the rest of the App still opens.
3. Data stored on your device
The App keeps a small amount of data locally, in its own storage on your device:
- your best scores and rep counts;
- your settings, such as language, music and game speed;
- which tips and tutorials you have already seen, and how many times the App has asked for a rating;
- how much free play you have used today, and any bonus rounds you earned by sharing;
- a cached copy of whether the lifetime unlock is active, so the App works offline.
This data never leaves your device through the App. It may be included in your device's iCloud or computer backup if you use one, under Apple's control and your Apple Account. Deleting the App deletes this data.
4. Purchases
Payment for the in-app purchase is processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive your name, Apple Account, email address, payment card or billing address. Apple's handling of your data is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
To deliver, verify and restore the purchase, the App uses RevenueCat, a purchase-management service. When the App starts and when you buy or restore, the RevenueCat SDK sends RevenueCat:
- a random, anonymous app user ID generated on your device (it is not your name, Apple Account or advertising identifier);
- purchase information from Apple: the product, transaction identifiers and receipt, purchase date, price, currency and App Store country;
- basic technical information: app version, iOS version, device model, language, and the IP address of the request.
RevenueCat processes this on our behalf, only to confirm whether the lifetime unlock is owned and to give us purchase statistics. It is not used for advertising or tracking, and it is never combined with camera data, which RevenueCat does not receive. RevenueCat, Inc. is based in the United States, so this data may be processed there; see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy. We keep purchase records for as long as needed to honour your purchase and to meet tax and accounting obligations.
5. Leaderboard
Each game has a leaderboard, and your scores are posted to it by default under a random name. You can change that name, or remove yourself completely, at any time.
- The first time you finish a round with a score (or open a leaderboard), the App creates an anonymous leaderboard account for this device: a random identifier and password generated on your device and kept in the iOS Keychain. It contains no email, phone number, Apple Account or real name.
- Your name and picture. The App gives the account a random made-up name (for example “Mokira”). With no photo, your picture is just the first letter of that name on a coloured square, drawn by the App; no image is uploaded. If you choose your own display name or photo, those become visible to other players instead. Please do not use your real name or a photo you would not want others to see.
- Scores. The App uploads the result of each round: the game, your score, the number of reps, how long the round lasted and when. Your best local scores are uploaded when the account is created.
- Opting out. Delete your leaderboard account (see below). After that the App stops uploading scores and does not create a new account unless you join again yourself.
- The server also sees the IP address and time zone of each request, as any web service does.
This data is stored with Supabase, our hosting provider, which processes it on our behalf; it may be processed outside your country. It is used only to run the leaderboard and to prevent cheating. It is never combined with camera data and is not used for advertising.
Deleting it. In the App, open any leaderboard, tap your profile card, then Delete leaderboard account. This permanently removes the account, your name, your photo and all your scores from our servers. You can also ask us by email. Deleting the App alone does not delete the leaderboard account.
6. What we do not do
- No email, phone or social sign-in, and no account other than the anonymous leaderboard account described in section 5.
- No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
- No third-party analytics, crash-reporting, advertising or tracking SDKs. The only third-party SDK in the App is RevenueCat, used for purchases as described above.
- No tracking across apps or websites, and no selling or sharing of personal data.
- No access to your location, contacts, photos, microphone or health data.
If you have chosen to share analytics with developers in your iOS settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous, aggregated crash and usage statistics. These do not identify you.
7. Contacting us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and to fix the problem you report, and we delete the conversation when it is no longer needed. Please do not send sensitive information.
8. This website
This website is static. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Your language choice is remembered in your browser's local storage and is never sent to us. The hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and operation.
9. Children
The games can be played without providing any personal data. The leaderboard publicly shows a display name, which is random unless it is changed, so a parent or guardian should decide whether a child keeps the leaderboard account or deletes it, and should supervise any change of name or photo. Because the App involves physical exercise and the camera, we recommend that children play with an adult present.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA or China's PIPL) you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data. Game data stays on your device, under your control, and is removed by deleting the App. Leaderboard data can be deleted in the App at any time (section 5). For purchase records held through RevenueCat, or data from an email conversation with us, write to isrealleven@163.com and we will respond within 30 days.
11. Changes to this policy
If the App starts handling data differently, we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect, and describe material changes in the App's release notes.
